What We Expect From You
We look for startups committed to both financial success and measurable impact. We expect transparency, alignment with the UN SDGs, and a proactive approach to growth. Founders should be open to mentorship and guidance while driving innovation. A strong work ethic, resilience, and accountability in meeting KPIs are key to our partnerships.
Investment Details
We offer Prototype funding up to €25,000, Seed funding up to €100,000, and Follow-on funding up to €50,000, designed to support startups at different growth stages.
We don’t require a specific format for pitch submissions. We encourage startups to present their vision, business model, and growth potential clearly, whether through a pitch deck or any other format.
We primarily focus on early-stage rounds, including pre-seed and seed investments, aligning our involvement with the startup’s growth potential.
As a general policy, we typically do not sign NDAs in the early stages of discussions. We prioritize building relationships based on mutual trust and professional integrity, and we maintain confidentiality in all our engagements. However, we are open to discussing specific cases as needed.
Our Venture Creation Model
We kickstart the venture by developing the concept, identifying the market niche, crafting a go-to-market strategy, and providing key resources, including, but not limited to funding, technology, AI, web development, and marketing. Once the foundation is set, we hire a team to drive the venture forward.
If Tech 4 Impact is the sole investor, we retain 100% equity. In partnerships, equity is shared with investors, and the team may earn equity under terms tailored to each case.
